From cozy to fast: "Pendolino" summer toboggan run

The "Pendolino" is THE attraction at Nassfeld! It descends more than 400 meters in altitude from the mountain station (Madritsche) of the Millennium Express to the Tressdorfer Alm (intermediate station). And everyone can set their own pace. Because the speed can be controlled individually.

Directions to the summer toboggan run

First, it's about 15 minutes by car to the valley station of the Millennium Express - and then up to the Madritsche on the Nassfeld.

Tobogganing has always been a popular sport in Carinthia. With the mountain carts, you can now experience this feeling not only in winter, but all year round!

Mountain Carts

The carts' low center of gravity and wide wheelbase provide an extraordinary driving experience. Despite the adrenaline rush, great importance was naturally attached to safety when designing the carts.

At the Tressdorfer Alm, the second station of the Millennium Express, you can hire mountain carts.

You will be given a protective overall, a helmet and a brief explanation of the driving rules. After the ascent on the Millennium Express, you will be given a technical briefing on carting.
