Sweating in the Gailtal valley.

Hot and cold in our sauna world

If you want to get really hot or simply switch off: We have brought the mountains and the sea to our sauna at Lake Presseggersee for you.

From the alpine sweatbox to the laconium of the ancient Romans

Our Alpen Adria sauna world is open daily from 2.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. or in the morning on request. You can use the infrared cabin, fitness room and solarium from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm.

And after a hot sauna session, you can refresh yourself in the experience shower or in our ice grotto. Feel how the ice crystals in the ice grotto tingle on your skin ...

Gailtal headlock

The Gailtal sweatbox reaches a temperature of 90 °C. It should be at least two sauna sessions ... which of course includes a proper infusion.

Healthy sweating in the Gailtal sweatbox

An infusion makes the sauna experience perfect - and really healthy! Throw the Gailtal water onto the hot stones with a ladle. This cleanses your skin down to the pores, purifies your body, strengthens your immune system and stimulates your metabolism.

Waldstub'n Sanarium

Is a classic Finnish sauna too hot or too dry for you? Then our "Waldstubn-Sanarium" might be the ideal alternative.

Waldstub'n - the gentle sauna

At a temperature of approx. 60° C and a controlled humidity of up to 55%, the "Waldstubn-Sanarium" offers a particularly gentle and low-irritation climate for relaxation and well-being.

Infrared cabin

Today more than ever, infrared heat is regarded as a blessing for body, mind and soul. Gentle sweating is the secret to well-being and beauty.

Comforting infrared heat

The beneficial sweating starts at 35 °C. The body can recharge its batteries in the pleasant warmth. You free yourself from metabolic waste products, revitalize your circulation and can breathe freely again.

Laconium "Grotta azzurra"

The sweating and detox bath in the Laconium is ideal for anyone who cannot tolerate sweating at high temperatures.

Laconium - Purify like the ancient Romans

Even the patricians of ancient Rome sweated out the body's accumulated toxins in the mild radiant heat (approx. 40° C) and used the extended stay to relax.

Aroma steam bath

The steam bath is the classic alternative to the Finnish sauna.

Steam bath with essential oils

The light essential oils that are added to the steam bath penetrate our body during the sauna session via the respiratory tract and through the skin. As a result, you experience a sense of well-being.

Sea air brine room "Blue Lagoon"

In this relaxation room, you breathe in air containing brine, which has a positive effect on the respiratory organs.

Breathe in the sea air

Brine-containing water flows over a stone cascade and encrusts it more and more over time. This creates a Mediterranean climate - and you'll feel like you're in the "Blue Lagoon" on Capri.
